We don't over complicate our call out charges for our Sewage Treatment Plant, Sump Pump and Sewage Pump customers
Contract Customers (7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday)
- £130.00 + VAT inclusive of 1 hour on site
- Additional hours on site charged at £45.00 + VAT per hour
- 25% surcharge outside of standard hours
Non Contract Customers (7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday)
- £150.00 + VAT inclusive of 1 hour on site
- Additional hours on site charged at £50.00 + VAT per hour
- 25% Surcharge outside of standard hours
Sundays and bank holidays
- charged at 2 times the above rates
