Servicing & Desludge Interval - The recommended servicing & desludging interval will vary according to unit type, age and size but we generally recommend a minimum of 1 service and desludge per annum.

We offer both Annual Service, Interim Service or Just one off visits. It is recommended that a sewage system is maintained 2 to 3 times per year or in accordance with manufactures recommendations. We are able to tailor our service agreements to suit your needs.

We will always endeavour to attend breakdowns to your Sewage Pump, Sump Pump, Pumping Station or Sewage Treatment Plant within the same working day, with priority being given to service agreement customers.
Most breakdowns are a result of badly maintained or neglected systems. The most common breakdowns will be resolved within the first visit. If a problem is unable to be repaired in one visit, we will always try and put a temporary solution in place.
