Regular sewage treatment plant and septic tank servicing and maintenance helps to keep your unit operating to its full capacity and produce effluent that meets with the requirements of the Environment Agency. Failure to comply with these standards can result in a hefty fine and/or an expensive court case.
Servicing & Desludge Interval - The recommended servicing & desludging interval will vary according to unit type, age and size but we generally recommend a minimum of 1 service and desludge per annum.

We and the environment Agency recommend that you have your Sewage Pump, Sump Pump, Sewage Treatment Plant or Rainwater Harvester regularly maintained by a professionally qualified engineer.
If your Sewage Pump, Sump Pump, Sewage Treatment Plant or Pumping Station breaks down, it can have wide-ranging consequences, including unexpected costs, downtime, inconvenience and environmental impact. Regular and thorough system maintenance, or PPMs will also ensure the efficiency and operational status of your system is maximised. We will also be able to spot any areas of concern at an early stage, before they become a bigger and more expensive repair.
During our Sewage Pump, Sump Pump Sewage Treatment Plant or Pump Station maintenance visits, our Industry Trained and highly experienced engineers will be able to assess exactly how your system is coping and will be able to offer recommend ways to improve performance, which in the long run will reduce the lifetime spend on the system.
We offer both Annual Service, Interim Service or Just one off visits. It is recommended that a sewage system is maintained 2 to 3 times per year or in accordance with manufactures recommendations. We are able to tailor our service agreements to suit your needs.

Our experienced engineers can provide fast and efficient repairs to your Sewage Pump, Sump Pump Sewage Treatment Plant or Pumping Station across Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
Our Engineers will provide a detailed report for any repair or refurbishment, so that we can efficiently provide you with an accurate quotation for the needed work. We stock many items on the van, so that a majority of smaller repairs can be rectified within the first visit.
With any larger quotation, we would aim to have this raised within 48hrs
Emergency breakdown
CPD waste water offers a 24/7 breakdown service
We will always endeavour to attend breakdowns to your Sewage Pump, Sump Pump, Pumping Station or Sewage Treatment Plant within the same working day, with priority being given to service agreement customers.
Most breakdowns are a result of badly maintained or neglected systems. The most common breakdowns will be resolved within the first visit. If a problem is unable to be repaired in one visit, we will always try and put a temporary solution in place.
Call Out Rates:
Contract Customers (7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday)
- £130.00 + VAT inclusive of 1 hour on site
- Additional hours on site charged at £45.00 + VAT per hour
Non Contract Customers (7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday)
- £150.00 + VAT inclusive of 1 hour on site
- Additional hours on site charged at £50.00 + VAT per hour
Sundays and Bank Holidays
- charged at 2 times the above rates

Your drains at home can sometimes become blocked causing toilets and sinks to back up. We are able to clear and wash through your outside drains and clear any blockages within your property.
drain cover replacement
As with all things drain covers will deteriorate over time and become a real health and safety concern. We are able to replace both covers and frames to suit your needs.
