Our 24 hour 7 days a week call out is available to both contract and non contract customers, with priority being given to contract customers. Contract customers also receive discounted rates on call outs

We don't over complicate our call out charges for our Sewage Treatment Plant, Sump Pump and Sewage Pump customers

Contract Customers (7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday)

• £130.00 + VAT inclusive of 1 hour on site 
• Additional hours on site charged at £45.00 + VAT per hour
• 25% surcharge outside of standard hours

Non Contract Customers (7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday)

• £150.00 + VAT inclusive of 1 hour on site 
• Additional hours on site charged at £50.00 + VAT per hour
• 25% Surcharge outside of standard hours

Sundays and bank holidays

• charged at 2 times the above rates

Regular system inspections can help identify potential issues before they become major problems. Our team can perform a comprehensive inspection of your Pump or Treatment Plant system to determine if any repairs or maintenance are needed.
