Maintenance Contracts
Planned Preventative Maintenance
Structured PPM contracts for sewage treatment plants, pump stations and drainage systems across Hampshire, Surrey & West Sussex.
Why planned maintenance matters
A planned preventative maintenance programme is the most cost-effective way to keep your wastewater assets compliant, reliable and running efficiently. CPD Waste Water Ltd delivers scheduled visits, full documentation and priority emergency cover — taking the compliance burden off your desk.
Reactive maintenance always costs more than planned maintenance. Unplanned failures mean emergency call-out rates, potential Environment Agency enforcement action, and disruption to your site or residents. A PPM contract gives you predictable costs, a clear audit trail and the confidence that your assets are being looked after by specialists.

How often should a sewage treatment plant be serviced?
Most manufacturers and the Environment Agency recommend at least one service visit per year. Sites with higher usage, older equipment or a history of faults benefit from quarterly visits. We'll advise the right frequency for your specific assets.
What happens if something needs repairing during a PPM visit?
Our engineer will document the fault with photographs and a written report. Minor adjustments are carried out on the spot. For parts or more involved repairs, we'll provide a fixed-price quotation — PPM contract customers receive priority scheduling and preferential rates.
Do you cover multiple sites under one contract?
Yes. We regularly manage PPM programmes across multiple sites for property managers, housing associations and facilities management companies. You get a single point of contact, consolidated reporting and one invoice.
Can you take over servicing from another contractor?
Absolutely. We carry out a full condition survey of your assets before the contract starts so we have an accurate baseline. We'll flag any issues the previous contractor may have missed and give you a clear picture of what you're working with.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. Contact us to confirm coverage for your specific location.
