These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by CPD Waste Water Ltd ("we", "our", "us") and your relationship with us as a client or user of our services.

By engaging with us or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We specialise in:

• Off-mains pumping systems installation and maintenance
   
• Waste water treatment systems
   
• Pump and treatment plant servicing
   
• Emergency call-out services
   
• System refurbishment and upgrades
   

Services are available for domestic, commercial, and industrial clients unless otherwise agreed.

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
   
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated.
   
• We reserve the right to revise pricing in case of unforeseen issues, material cost changes, or additional work not included in the original scope.
   

• Emergency call-outs are subject to availability and may incur higher charges.
   
• Standard working hours are Monday - Saturday 07.00 - 19.00
   
• Call-out fees are payable even if the problem is not resolved due to access restrictions or customer refusal to proceed.
   

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
   
• We reserve the right to withhold further services until payment is received.
   

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
   
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge of up to 50% of the quoted service cost.
   
• Missed appointments where access is not available will be charged at the standard call-out rate.
   

Clients must:

• Provide access to the site or property at agreed times
   
• Ensure clear and safe working conditions
   
• Inform us of any known hazards or existing issues with the system
   
• Obtain any necessary permissions or permits
   

• We provide warranties on parts and labour where specified (usually 12 months unless stated).
   
• We are not liable for:
   
  • Pre-existing faults or system failures
     
  • Issues caused by third-party modifications
     
  • Delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, supplier delays)
     

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, except in cases of personal injury or fraud.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to fire, flood, strike, government actions, or equipment failure).

All service materials, guides, or documentation provided by us remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute them without written permission.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
