Why choose us
GRAF System Service Specialists
Expert GRAF Sewage Treatment Plant Servicing
CPD Waste Water Ltd provides specialist servicing and repair for GRAF sewage treatment plants across Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex. GRAF is a German-engineered brand increasingly popular in new rural developments across the South East, and our engineers are experienced with the full GRAF One2Clean and Klaro Easy ranges.
GRAF sewage treatment plants use a moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) process, where bacteria grow on small plastic carrier elements that move freely through the aeration zone. This process is highly efficient and produces a consistently high-quality effluent, but the system still requires annual servicing to check the blower, inspect the carrier media, remove accumulated sludge, and verify compliance with Environment Agency discharge standards. GRAF systems are increasingly specified on new rural planning permissions across Hampshire and Surrey.

GRAF Sewage Treatment — Frequently Asked Questions
How often should a GRAF One2Clean be serviced?
GRAF recommends annual servicing for all their treatment plants. This is also a standard condition of Environment Agency discharge exemptions. We recommend booking your service at the same time each year.
What makes GRAF systems different from other treatment plants?
GRAF systems use a moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) process, which is more efficient than fixed film or activated sludge systems and produces a higher quality effluent. They're increasingly specified on new rural planning permissions where high effluent standards are required.
My GRAF system outlet screen is blocked — is this serious?
Yes. A blocked outlet screen can cause the system to back up and overflow. Call us on 01252 985722 — we offer emergency call-outs 7 days a week and can usually attend the same day.
Do you service GRAF Klaro Easy systems as well as the One2Clean?
Yes. We service the full GRAF range including the One2Clean, Klaro Easy, and older GRAF models. Call us to discuss your specific system.
